Very Berry Smoothie Recipe - Easy & Healthy Smoothies
- 1 large handful of berries (any mixture of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
- ½ cup coconut milk, almond milk, organic milk, or organic plain yogurt
- ¼ cup filtered water (have additional water for consistency changes)
- 1 scoop Grass-fed Whey Protein (vanilla)
Optional nutritional boosters: hemp seeds, flax oil or seeds, coconut oil
- Put all ingredients in a heavy-duty blender and blend to desired consistency.
- You may add additional water if necessary.
