Strawberry Gelato

A healthy and easily to make sweet treat to enjoy on a hot night. Up the nutritional value of this gelato, while adding yummy chocolate flavor, by adding Max Greens Powder (chocolate) or make this a protein dense treat by adding MaxLiving's Vegan Vanilla Perfect Plant Protein, while keeping the recipe vegan!

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen strawberries (about 2 cups)
  • 1 ripe avocado pit and peel removed
  • Stevia to taste

Optional:

  • 1 scoop Max Greens Powder (chocolate)
  • 1 scoop MaxLiving Perfect Plant Protein (vanilla)

Instructions
 

  • Put the strawberries and avocado in a heavy duty blender (preferably with a plunger).
  • Make sure you blend it well, then add stevia to taste, and any supplemental ingredients, like Max Greens Powder (chocolate) or MaxLiving Perfect Plant Protein (vanilla), and blend well.
    (It won’t take much stevia because the strawberries are sweet on their own).
  • Freeze until firm (no less than 1 hour), then enjoy!
