Homemade Strawberry Jam

Love your jam, without all the extra sugar your body doesn't need. This strawberry jam will be a family favorite right away! This recipe takes some time, but it will be worth every minute. Spread this on our Homemade Bread for a snack everyone will crave.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz strawberries fresh or frozen (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Liquid stevia (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Let mixture come to a boil, then simmer on medium heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
  • Pour into jars and refrigerate.
